Cadenza is a fun and free program by Seattle Youth Symphony Orchestra for 4th and 5th-grade students living in Southeast Seattle who play a string instrument (violin, viola, cello, or double bass). Cadenza brings students from different schools together every week for fun rehearsals, learning sessions, exciting guest speakers, and multiple concerts for the public throughout the year!

Cadenza rehearses Wednesdays from 3:00-4:15pm at Aki Kurose Middle School.
